A blue and white Chinese dragon jar. The globular stoneware vase is white and blue with an expressive depiction of a white raised relief dragon wrapped against stylized wisps of clouds. The piece has a wide neck with a flat lip which rests on the swollen vase body and a wide hexagonal lid with curved edges and curled finial. The piece is marked to the underside.
