"The Prophecy" was inspired by the petroglyph panel at the V Bar V Ranch near Sedona, Victoria Coulter the artist could feel the energy of these ancient layered images take her on a walk through time sharing the wisdom and values expressed by countless generations of First Nations people. When Victoria first viewed this panel she was living in the Colorado Mountains where numerous white buffalos were born. Dr. Coulter was encouraged by this sign as many Native American traditions honor the prophecy of the birth of the White Buffalo as a sacred sign that the prayers of the people are bring answered and that a time of peace among all peoples is at hand.
